Northeast Equipment Dealers Association, Inc. (NEDA) operates in the nine (9) Northeastern States in the USA...and includes the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

We are an Equipment Dealers Association whose primary purpose is to improve and perpetuate the Agricultural, Industrial and Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) Dealer Business. Our function is to help you "Develop Your Own Competitive Edge" and provide members with benefits and cost savings that add value and most importantly PROFIT to your bottom line.

If you are a dealer anywhere in our nine (9) state territory and you would like to become a member please complete the "Membership Application" on this website, write in your Visa or MasterCard number or if you prefer fill out the application on-line and mail your check, and when payment is received you instantly become a member. You can take advantage of all the services and products we have available specifically for Equipment Dealers. By the way...membership in NEDA and at no additional cost also makes you a member of our National Association, "The North American Equipment Dealers Association".

Once you are a member we will immediately send you "THE BOOK". It is our annual Membership & Services Directory plus you receive your personal user ID and Password that gives you access to our "MEMBERS ONLY" secured website.

If you are not a dealer, but in an allied Industry Serving the Equipment Dealer Industry as a Manufacturer, Manufacturer's Rep, Supplier or Service Provider (Finance/Banking/Insurance & etc.), you are eligible to become an ASSOCIATE MEMBER. It allows you to participate in many programs available to our full membership and provides you access to "a very important potential client audience" important to your success.

NEDA and our National Association is widely recognized and respected ...as the Equipment Industry organization representing the collective interests of North American Equipment Dealers.
